InterFACE Pages online composite cards are digital versions of the standard composite card used for the promotion of a model. InterFACE Pages’ online composite cards include four to five high resolution photographs that can be easily downloaded and emailed within ZIP files for faster online submissions. InterFACE Pages online composite cards can also be customized and immediately updated for printing as often as necessary.

● What is an InterFACE Pages Promo Reel?

InterFACE Pages Promo Reels are videotaped actors’ monologues which are uploaded onto the site for playback. It is an innovative way in which actors can display their talent.

● What is an InterFACE Pages Music Demo?

InterFACE Pages Music Demos are MP3 files of a singer or musician’s demo (which is recorded at an InterFACE Talent Network Center), and which can be easily played back or emailed within ZIP files.

● How does InterFACE Pages work?

InterFACE Pages gives industry professionals login access (by registration only) to its online searchable database, allowing them to view members’ (models, actors, and singers) Talent Profiles. When they view a Talent Profile that fits the criteria they need, they are able to add it to a call-back list, email it to another industry professional, or contact the talent through a representative at their InterFACE Talent Network Center.

● Who uses InterFACEpages.com?

InterFACEpages.com is used internationally by various models, actors, and singers, as well as by industry professionals looking to scout new talent. Both talent and industry professionals must register to use the site.

● How can aspiring talent register for InterFACEpages.com?

InterFACEpages.com only offers membership to clients of InterFACE Talent Network who have completed the development phase of the marketing process. Aspiring talent should fill out the Application on interFACEtalent.com by clicking APPLY NOW, or by contacting their local InterFACE Talent Network center.

● How do Industry Professionals register for InterFACEpages.com?

In order to sign up for InterFACEpages.com, Industry Professionals must complete an I.P Registration Form. Once processed and approved by an InterFACE Pages Representative, industry professionals will receive a unique Username and password for login access to the site and can create an I.P. Profile and begin searching for their new talent.

● Who can view InterFACE Pages?

TALENT: As a member of interFACEpages.com, only you have login access to your personal account to view your own Talent Profile details.

INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS: Once you’re a registered industry professional on interFACEpages.com, you have login access to view InterFACE’s extensive database of aspiring talent who fit your search criteria.

Aspiring talent use interFACEpages.com because it’s a more efficient way to invest and further their modeling/acting/singing career. InterFACEpages.com only offers membership to customers of InterFACE Taletn Network who have completed the development phase of the marketing process. Contact a representative from your local InterFACE Talent Network Center who will work with you to set up a photo shoot, video, and/or music recording session to provide you with the marketing tools you need to create your Talent Profile. ● How much does the InterFACEpages.com service cost?

Several factors affect the cost of a interFACEpages.com membership, including the length of the membership term, uploads onto your Talent Profile, etc. Please contact your nearest InterFACE Talent Network Center for details about the packages we offer in order to find out which one might best suit you.

● How can InterFACEpages.com help me get work as a model &/or actor?

InterFACEpages.com does not directly get work for any model or talent. InterFACEpages.com simplifies the exposure process by using an effective searchable database that’s available to industry professionals worldwide. With this tool, we help to reduce the hassle in seeking out reputable industry professionals. Talent can use interFACEpages.com to promote themselves to such professionals.

● Who will be able to view my InterFACEpages.com Talent Profile?

Once your InterFACEpages.com membership is activated, your Talent Profile can be seen by registered industry professionals and other professional members that subscribe to interFACEpages.com. InterFACEpages.com will always keep your personal information completely confidential. Please see our PRIVACY STATEMENT for more information.

● Does interFACEpages.com guarantee that I’ll receive an Industry Professional Request?

InterFACEpages.com does NOT guarantee any level of success; therefore, InterFACE Pages cannot predict whether or not a model or talent will receive an industry professional request. InterFACEpages.com provides the avenue by which to gain exposure to Industry Professionals; however, talent selection is at the discretion of the industry professional and is based on the specific criteria of their talent search.

● Do I need a work permit?

Labor laws require that all minors, under the age of 18, obtain work permits in the entertainment industry. Work permit approvals may be subject to the minor’s academic performance.

● How do I get a work permit?

You can go online to obtain an initial 15-day work permit for filming from the New York State Department of Labor, www.labor.state.ny.us or by calling (518) 457-1942. You can request and obtain a subsequent 6-month permit by mailing the completed application form to Albany, NY. For information on how to get a work permit in other states, please contact your local InterFACE Talent Network Center.

● Do I need a trust account?

Under Koogan’s Law, all child performers must establish a UGMA. Fifteen percent (15%) of the minors earning will automatically be deposited into the UGMA.

● How do I open a trust account?

The UGMA is available at most local banks.

● What is a union wavier?

A union waiver is a pass that’s granted to a non-union member who works on a union booking. Once you collect a certain number of waivers, you’ll be offered and invitation to join the union. (see SAG, AFTRA, AEA)

● Can I keep my membership on InterFACEpages.com if I’m a member of an actors union?

Of course. Talent can continue their interFACEpages.com membership whether they are currently a member, or become a member of an actors union. Industry professionals search the interFACEpages.com database for both union and non-union talent.

● How do I locate an Industry Professional Request?

Industry professional request notifications will be e-mailed to you as well as to a representative from your InterFACE Talent Network center.

● Who will contact me with Industry Professional Requests?

Once the request is processed, a representative from InterFACE Talent Network will contact you regarding any industry professional requests. Please return all calls to your representative as promptly as possible.

● If I receive an Industry Professional Request, do I owe InterFACEpages.com any fees?

No. InterFACEpages.com’s only intent is to expose talent to industry professionals. It acts as a clearinghouse, NOT an employment or modeling agency. So it does NOT receive any commission or referral fees for any work completed by talent posted on the site.

● Do I contact InterFACEpagess.com regarding payment for a booking I have completed?

InterFACEpages.com does not handle payments between industry professionals and talent. You’ll need to contact the industry professional who booked you.

● How do I renew my InterFACEpages.com membership at the end of my subscription?

The RENEWAL option information is conveniently located within your account. Simply click the link and follow the instructions to renew your membership.

● How do I change my username and/or password?

The username that’s already provided creates a personal identity and cannot be changed. However, you may change your password by clicking the CHANGE PASSWORD link located within your account.

● How do I update my InterFACEpages.com online composite cardor headshot photos?

Your photos can be updated by contacting your InterFACE Talent Network center.

● How do I update my InterFACEpages.com personal information?

Personal information can be changed and/or updated by clicking the UPDATE MY PERSONAL PROFILE link located within your account.

● Do I need to fill out my own resume?

Yes. InterFACEpages.com offers a preformatted resume that’s easy to complete.

● What information should be on my resume?

An acting resume contains your experience as it relates to the industry as well as some personal information. The required fields are provided and formatted by InterFACEpages.com; so you can easily fill out your resume.

● My InterFACEpages..com membership is now active. What happens next?

Now that your InterFACEpages.com membership is active, you’ll be notified by e-mail and contacted by a representative from your InterFACE Talent Network center regarding any industry professional requests. You can also promote yourself.

● How can I promote myself?

As an active member of InterFACEpages.com, you have the ability to print and e-mail your online composite cards and headshots to industry professionals. MP3 and video files can also be uploaded and emailed. You can also invite industry professionals to register with InterFACEpages.com to access your Talent Profile using the link: REFER AN INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL.

● Will I be notified if my Talent Profile has been viewed?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail each time your Talent Profile has been e-mailed, printed, or viewed; however, for privacy reasons, you will not be informed of who has accessed your card unless you receive an industry professional request.

● Why can’t I view other Talent Profiles?

In order to protect customer privacy, talent is only permitted to view their own Talent Profile.

● Can my family and friends view my Talent Profile?

E-mailing your online composite card, headshot, Demo, or Promo Reel is a fast and easy way to share it with family and friends.

● Where are the Industry Professionals who will be able to view my Talent Profile?

InterFACEpages.com’s website has worldwide access, meaning that industry professionals who register to use it represent companies internationally.

● Can I pause my membership?

Certainly. If, for any reason, you need to pause your membership, simply click the PAUSE MEMBERSHIP link located within your account. Please be advised that as an inactive member you won’t be permitted to print, e-mail or access your photos until you REACTIVATE.

● Can I refer my friends to join InterFACEpages.com?

Of course! Refer friends to the APPLY NOW tab at InterFACEtalent.com, or they can contact their local InterFACE Talent Network center.

As a registered industry professional, once you login to your account, you will be able to conduct a search. Simply enter the criteria you need, i.e. hair color, eye color, height, language, personality type, etc. then hit SEARCH. Your search results will then be displayed.

● If I needed to request a large number of models from a particular InterFACE Talent Network Center, how can I get this contact information?

As a registered industry professional, you’ll be able to search Representative Centers by location. Simply click the FIND A CENTER link located within your account to locate a center close to you.
